FAQs

This is not an official website [or feed] of the House of Commons or the House of Lords. It has not been approved by either House or its committees. All-Party Parliamentary Groups are informal groups of Members of both Houses with a common interest in particular issues. The views expressed in these webpages are those of the group.

All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament. They are run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords, though many choose to involve individuals and organisations from outside Parliament in their administration and activities.

The rules for All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are approved by the House and developed by the Standards Committee and published under the authority of that Committee. You can read the full rules on the parliament website.

The campaign group March for Change acts as the group’s secretariat. March for Change helps to arrange meetings, develops support for group outside of parliament and supports its MPs and Peers in their activities relating to the APPG.
